During the Hubspot onboarding process, when determining whether or not to engage with a digital marketing agency, there are several aspects to consider. What exactly do you want the agency to assist you with? Is it in your budget to hire a Hubspot CRM plus a digital agency? Do you require assistance in learning the Hubspot CRM? Do you have the resources in-house to handle marketing and sales?

What is our recommendation? For the ideal onboarding experience, choose an agency that works with a Hubspot CRM. This is why.

Hubspot Onboarding Process on Your Own

To simplify the Hubspot onboarding process, HubSpot offers direct onboarding which includes some initial software education and the construction of client portals. Hubspot does not offer implementation or hands-on assistance (like building landing pages, form creation, etc.). HubSpot follows a 60- to 90-day cycle, with 30- to 60-minute sessions every seven to ten days. They use HubSpot Academy to train their team and then assign learnings.

During the Hubspot onboarding process, new Sales Hub customers receive individualized guidance on moving data to HubSpot, setting up prospecting and nurturing processes in HubSpot, and using sales enablement tools to close transactions quicker. The majority of training is focused on consulting and project management.

It’s also worth noting that Enterprise Hub onboarding is a bit more sophisticated and involved. When it comes to Sales Hub and Marketing Hub onboarding, for example, partners must be accredited. To ensure that clients are successful on HubSpot, HubSpot requires product onboarding for certain products.

Hubspot Onboarding Process with a Partner Agency

You can accomplish everything at once with this option. Select HubSpot as your CRM, forgo the onboarding charge and delegate the rest to your full-service digital marketing firm. When prospects select Enthof for Inbound Services, the Hubspot onboarding process is included.

Hiring an agency like Enthof and signing up for HubSpot at the same time has a number of advantages, including:

  • CRM configuration
  • The Hubspot onboarding process cost has been waived.
  • Enhanced, goal-oriented training compared to HubSpot’s standard offerings Implementation/hands-on assistance (building landing pages, form creation, etc.)
  • Establish a positive relationship between the client and the agency.
  • A HubSpot partner who is already familiar with the company’s services.

With an Inbound Services contract, we work with customers in a goal-oriented manner, which benefits them immensely in the long run. Our onboarding approach extends beyond the technical and into measures that will benefit your bottom line in the short and long term. By the time a customer signs on with Enthof, we’ve gained a deeper understanding of how they’ll use HubSpot and how much of the daily work they’ll be doing themselves versus what Enthof will be doing.

If you’re still undecided, book a meeting with us and we’ll walk you through the advantages of employing a CRM and an agency at the same time, as well as why the onboarding process is smoother for everyone involved.
