Rupanex-M is indicated for the management of severe nasal congestion and allergic rhinitis symptoms. To create a memorable and engaging brand reminder for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), we developed a custom tissue box design that transformed a routine clinic accessory into a functional brand communication tool.

Pharmaceutical reminder aids often compete for attention in busy clinical environments. The objective was to create a practical desktop item that would remain visible and relevant while reinforcing the product’s key indication — relief from severe nasal congestion.

The concept leveraged the natural association between tissues and runny noses. A playful illustrated face was created on the top panel of the tissue box, with the nose die-cut to serve as the tissue dispensing opening. As tissues are pulled out, it creates the visual impression of tissues emerging directly from the character’s nose—an instantly recognizable and humorous representation of nasal congestion.

This simple interaction transforms every use of the tissue box into a subtle reminder of the symptoms that Rupanex-M helps address.

Conclusion

The final design converted an ordinary tissue box into an interactive reminder aid that encourages repeated engagement.
