Akumentis Healthcare wanted to create its first-ever Achievers Awards ceremony to recognize its top-performing sales professionals. Since this was the inaugural event, the challenge was not simply to organize an awards function, but to establish a prestigious platform that employees would aspire to be part of for years to come.
The event was planned in Agra, a city synonymous with grandeur and timeless architecture. The objective was to transform a corporate recognition program into a glamorous, larger-than-life celebration that evoked the excitement and prestige of a high-profile awards night. Every element needed to communicate success, achievement and aspiration while reflecting the company’s growth-oriented culture.

The Solution
Our approach began with designing a unique awards identity that could be carried consistently across the event experience.
The trophy was conceptualized as a premium crystal award featuring a custom-built form inspired by growth, achievement and ambition. The upward-reaching structure symbolized professional success, while the flowing blue-ribbon element highlighted the slogan “Live Your Dreams”. Crafted with precision and elegance, the trophy was designed to feel prestigious and instantly recognizable as a symbol of excellence within the organization.
For the stage design, the goal was to create a visual spectacle comparable to an entertainment award ceremony. A grand central stage with an extended runway or ramp was developed to give award winners a memorable walk to the spotlight. Large-format side screens enhanced visibility and drama, while the backdrop drew inspiration from the iconic architecture of Agra, creating a strong connection with the host city.
The overall environment was designed to amplify the experience of recognition. Elevated stage elements, dramatic lighting positions, rich colour palettes and a carefully planned audience layout ensured that every award presentation felt significant and cinematic. The design balanced corporate sophistication with the glamour of a red-carpet event, creating an atmosphere worthy of the company’s highest achievers.
